Based in old Portsmouth we are an inclusive Unitarian family. We welcome people of all denominations, all spiritualities, all faiths, and those with none.
Our services are lively and thought provoking. Members of the congregation share in the worship and we sing traditional and contemporary songs and hymns appropriate to our liberal faith. The addresses or sermons are on topical issues as well as the values for living which we feel are important.
We organise social & fundraising events for church members and the local community, hosting musical concerts and gigs, Workshop and Discussion groups.
If you are exploring exactly what it is that you do believe (or do not believe) then you may well feel comfortable with us.
Spiritually we are very diverse and encourage seekers for find their own paths in matters of faith.
Unitarians tend to believe what they are able to believe and not what they are told to believe. We have humanists and liberal Christians, Buddhists and seekers among our number.
Probably the best way for you to find out more about us is to come along and see for yourself. Our Church members and friends will make you feel very welcome.
